- Research cutoff. Sources were checked up to 27 October 2026 (UTC). Later developments are not reflected until a dated revision adds them.
- No authenticated chat corpus. We have only the screenshots published in the complaint. The opinion says plaintiffs obtained nearly 5,000 internal messages. We hold none of them, and we do not claim to.
- Restricted originals. X refuses automated access, and several news originals returned HTTP 403. Where we relied on a capture or a syndicated copy, the receipt says so.
- Docket after 31 August 2026. We could not load the public docket, so later orders are not verified.
- Market data. Market capitalisation readings are snapshots from named observers. There is no historical price dataset here, so there are no charts.
- Wallet analysis. Grouping wallets by their transfers is inference. Nothing here identifies who controls a wallet, what anyone knew, or why they acted.
- Absence of a response. “No response located” is always dated and scoped. It is not a claim that none exists.
- Selection. The archive covers a defined scope (three dossiers). It is not a complete history of Pump.fun, and it deliberately excludes unsourced accusations.
