Reposts vanish. The record stays: the source, the date, and what it does not prove.

A complaint is allegations. Read the ruling beside it.

Telegram-style chat bubble labelled Alon, dated April 27, 2024, timestamp 15:24. It says most low-cap tokens die, that trading lowcaps was democratized so that everyone is exposed to really low odds, and ends: people will generally be happier (even though most lose).

22 October: a QR-code post for “Project Kimchi”, a repost by Alon, then both gone

crypto.news and Protos report that Kimchi's X account posted an image with a QR code linking to a new Pump.fun token, that Alon reposted it, and that the post and repost were later removed. Protos adds that Kimchi's account then deleted Pump.fun-related posts and removed the platform from its bio.

Court lets certain RICO claims proceed and rejects the gambling theory

Judge McMahon denied the motions to dismiss the RICO counts brought by Carnahan and Okafor against Baton, Cohen, Kerler and Tweedale. She dismissed Aguilar's claims, all claims against the Solana defendants, the Securities Act counts and unjust enrichment. She held that the memecoin transactions alleged are not gambling under New York law.
