About this date
Journal du Coin says the circulation began 'since the weekend' before its 26 October article. We do not have an exact start time.
Summary
Journal du Coin reported on 26 October 2026 that screenshots circulating on X as a 'fresh revelation' came from the second amended complaint, which was filed in January 2026. Protos separately reported that Crypto Banter shared a snippet from the amended lawsuit during the boycott.
What the sources support
Two independent news reports (different origin groups), the complaint itself and Crypto Banter's own recirculation post, inspected directly on x.com.
- That the October posts reused material already in a public filing.
What remains unresolved
- Who first recirculated the screenshots, and how widely they spread.
- S12 dates the filing to 7 January 2026. The document header says 8 January 2026, and UNREPOST uses the header.
Limits of this receipt
- Four separate dates are involved: message dates (April–May 2024), the original suit (30 January 2025), the amended filing (8 January 2026) and the October 2026 recirculation.

Edits & limits
What UNREPOST changed:
- Cropped to the target post, preserving its text, visible attachments and date/time line; unrelated replies, side panels and lower reply-filter controls omitted.
- Provenance strips give x.com, capture UTC, sign-in state, displayed date/time and the meaning of each redaction label.
Limits:
- A screenshot records what X displayed at capture time, not whether the author's claims are true.
- A current screenshot does not authenticate earlier edits, deleted originals or screenshots attached by another author.
- A post is its author's claim or opinion. Allegations in it are not findings.
- The post presents allegations. The court's August ruling is on the court-record page.

Opinion and Order granting in part and denying in part the motions to dismiss:
At this stage a court assumes the complaint's factual allegations are true and asks only whether they state a legal claim. Some RICO claims passed that test and continue. Many other claims did not. The ruling does not decide what actually happened, and the court said that 12(b)(6) dismissals were with prejudice.
- Allowed to proceed Counts I–II: substantive RICO and RICO conspiracy (18 U.S.C. § 1962(c), (d)): Carnahan and Okafor v. Baton Corporation Ltd., Alon Cohen, Dylan Kerler, Noah Tweedale.
- Dismissed All claims by Diego Aguilar: Aguilar v. every moving defendant.
- Dismissed All claims against the Solana defendants: Solana Labs, Solana Foundation, Yakovenko, Gokal, Albert, Federa, Liu.
- Predicate rejected Gambling predicates (18 U.S.C. § 1955; N.Y. Penal Law §§ 225.05, 225.10): All moving defendants.
Sources
- It says the second amended complaint was 'filed on January 7, 2026'. The document's own header reads 'Filed 01/08/26', and UNREPOST uses the header.
- No timezone is shown for the 15:00:00 time, so we store the date only.
- Boycott calls are participants' positions. The article does not measure how many people took part or what effect it had.
- The '474 days since an airdrop was teased' count is not tied to a dated original statement in the article, so UNREPOST does not show a delay counter.
- A complaint contains one side's allegations. Its paragraphs and captions are the plaintiffs' interpretation.
- The screenshots appear in the filing as exhibits chosen by plaintiffs. UNREPOST has not authenticated the original Telegram export or checked that the excerpts are complete.
- The complaint says the chats came from whistleblower disclosures. The opinion (S02) says plaintiffs obtained nearly 5,000 internal chat messages. UNREPOST holds neither set.
- This is X's live rendering on 28 Oct 2026. The post may have been edited before then, and X truncates long text.
- A post is its author's claim or opinion. Allegations in it are not findings.

Correction C-0002 ·
Updated source-access and image-acquisition descriptions after a direct x.com recheck. Current receipt wording now identifies the inspected original posts, while deleted originals remain uninspected and analyst/author claims retain their limits.
A signed-in normal browser made the current post views available on 28 October 2026. Earlier capture-service/embed records and their access history are preserved; this does not authenticate deleted originals or prove the posts' allegations.
